Thanks, sure is but the amount of time you can spend playing and being in here and the menus you quickly become familiar. After playing with UEVR for so long I miss some of the customization is other games.

I played FNaF: Security Breach and everything was fine. Then I tried Poppy Playtime and it started complaining about the presence of a VR plugin, I deleted the plugin in the game folder and it just started writing "Failed to inject plugin nullifier". I restored the plugin, but now it writes this error for any game, even for FNaF Security Breach :( UPD: This happened because I moved the folder with UEVR to another folder, which was named in Russian letters, apparently because of this this program conflicts, I advise the developers to fix it.

I haven’t moved anything and I’m getting that same error. You are when I go to launch the quarry. I literally just installed it following directions exactly did exactly what I saw on videos, and I get the nullify plug-in error with no recommendation of any folder to change or whatever. I just get the air that’s it. I have no concept of how to fix this at this point. I haven’t even tried with other games at this point because I don’t wanna lose half a day and have no result at the end. Except a lot of lost time.

I'm having the exact same issue. Ive tried inserting -nohmd, renaming and/or deleting the openxr file with the game closed and then restarting and I still get the error. It's also now doing it for every game.@@simonh7954

On a side note CAN ALL FLATSCREEN GAME DEVS PLEASE REMOVE THE VRPLUGINS FOLDER FROM THEIR GAME, IF YOUR GAME DOESNT USE VR IT HAS NO NEED FOR AN OPENXR FOLDER Thank you and have a good day

hey! ive noticed some game devs are blocking uevr it seems. Deathly Stillness for example..CLOSES any instance on uevr you have opened before or when the game is running.. im like what? this is wierd... probably doesnt want anyone modding the game. anyway i figured a simple workaround.. make a copy of uevr and rename it then run it.. lol.

Alex, you know what would be amazing? can you ask Praydog to include FPS counter in the Mod Overlay , eg. under RENDER RESOLUTION in the RUNTIME TAB. Similar like Luke Ross has in his mod. This would help greatly with getting the graphic settings set correctly and easily to hit the 90 fps

I'm doing soulcalibur6 and it says failed inject plugin nullifier. Is there a cause?

Maybe windows defender if deleting some of the files in the release zip 🤔 windows/microsoft will take some time to learn it isn’t a virus yet. You can allow it in windows defender. Otherwise depends if you are using openVR. Restore it back like I do at the start of the video with verify game files. Try just -nohmd on its own or just renaming instead of deleting it.

I’m not sure why this is not working for me. I followed the directions exactly and I continue to get an error on the quarry when I inject. It says failed to something plug-in nullifier. I do not get any other choice to go to a folder or do anything else. I went through the quarry folder, and I can find no XR files. It will only run in flatscreen through my VR headset. Is there a problem with this game because I am done spending four hours trying to get this thing working

Antivirus has deleted some stuff from your UEVR zip. Try and redownload it from releases and allow it in windows defender

So how does this tutorial tie in with the vr plugin nullifier toggle? How do we know if that is supposed to be toggled on or off? Does that relate to deleting the plugin folder/file at all?

Keep that on at all times. Sometimes you don’t need to do these steps and that just works.

Have you tried it using a VIVE Pro 2 at all Alex? I get blur on edges when i turn my head. Using a 4090 as well.

"failed to inject plugin nullifier" I ran Hogwarts Legacy with the option changed to "Ultra" and motion block turned off. And when you press the injector, this message appears.

If you’re having the failed to inject message try allowing the folder through your antivirus/firewall

I had this message start coming up but it was a user mess up. Basically I put the UEVR application on my desktop not a shortcut so it's by itself away from the plugins in the folder. It needs to be left inside the folder when running it. I now copied and pasted it to the desktop for a shortcut. Problem solved.

what does the -nohmd launch option do ?

Tells the game there is no hmd attached. Sometimes stops the existing VR plugins from interfering.
