UF Health breaks ground for construction of new Florida Recovery Center

UF Health has broken ground on the future location of the new Florida Recovery Center campus in northwest Gainesville. Health system leaders and patients celebrated at an event May 9, which coincided with Mental Health Awareness Month, and learned about plans for an expanded, upgraded facility that will care for even more patients struggling with addiction.
