Condit lied like a dog on the countdown Greg Jackson had his hand up his ass the whole time. Instead of studying Diaz fight film for weaknesses to capitalize off of and get the finish they found a way to hit and run.

Carlos Condit, you ate your "words" because you didn't come to fight Diaz on Feb. 4th '12. You ran around because you were fearful of brawling and "winning like a champion." No question about your athleticism and conditioning but for crying out loud, it's an MMA fight and you only wanted a decision versus dominating and beating your opponent. I wish I could get a PPV refund. What a joke!

Bruce had a good fast side kick but if you watch some of those old atapes, you can tell he always lunged from too great a distance. This makes the bag move but throws your timing way off. You need to be close to the tirget when you fire so your reaction time and your response time are quick, not just one. Timeing speed is both. If anyone tells you different, they do not know what they are talking about. Bannana bags are different for the low cut kicks.

Please, drop all the stuff you've heard. Only believe what you have seen or can prove. Show me more than three real punches in a second. On film, Ali's jab took 7 frames to complete and Sugar Ray took 9 frames.A second of film takes 24 frames.Simple math guys. Three real punches per second and that is it. Less talk and more proof. The early and most watched UFCs included a bunch of bums who were portrayed as Champions. In reality the athletes were a bunch of out of shape slobs who could not fight. I had never even heard of these guys before, but in order to sell the UFC as including the best fighters in the world, they used people who were complete unknowns.
