I used to absolutely Love Aldo and didn't think there was a fighter alive who could even trouble him never mind beat him.. Then McGregor came along and I was blown away by how Much he is actually improving everytime he fights.. That means we haven't even seen the Best of him Yet, wow.... Feel sorry for Aldo cause Conor is gonna just run tru him and make him look like nothing and we are ALL going to feel like we do now about Anderson - WTF.. I think Conor has a good chance anyway. But I feel he will win, mainly because of this: Aldo has been known to start slow and not really perform until his opponent takes it to him. Conor is going to finish him before he has a chance to respond. He's going to run across the octagon, start throwing, and he's gonna catch him. I know that would be considered somewhat of a surprise, but it's what I truly feel for some reason.

People say Aldo is not the vicious fighter he once was in the WEC which is true, he is a more cautious and smarter fighter today but when Mendes pushed him he definitely showed that viciousness when he needed it.

I'd love to see Conor get back to this drive, hunger, and love for the sport. I think he got overconfident and wrapped up in being the biggest star and richest fighter. If he can get back to his early UFC days he'd be a champ again. I just feel he lost his love of the sport.

I understand that Conor hasn't been through the wars that Aldo has been through.. But that might be a positive for Conor. His chin has never been tested and he never looked in danger. As far as we've seen from him, he always looks calm,collected, loose and focused when he fights and he made the fighters that he's fought look like they do not belong in the UFC. I won't say that he's going to run over Aldo but with that mentality and reach advantage, I can definitely see him picking Aldo apart.
