Hey Izzy, I'm a physiotherapist from Canada and I noticed that at 11:22 you're performing quite a dangerous movement (the upright row). It is dangerous for your shoulder health because your shoulder is internally rotated and its ligaments are against the acromion which can lead to SERIOUS shoulder impingement. I highly recommend avoiding this exercise at all costs. Talk to your trainer about it.

How demoralising would that dance be to Israel's opponents? Most guys gotta be a bit tense and nervous going up to fight in Octagon for championship in front of huge crowd. You wouldn't be human otherwise. And out comes your opponent who is loose enough to do a bloody dance routine involving a cartwheel before he fights. And pull it off.

As per usual, this channel continues to churn out quality content. I just wanna give whoever the videographer/editor is, their roses. Each episode has been an improvement on the last. The framing of B-Roll has been on point, but what’s been even more impressive is the clip placement by the editor to tell a fluid/cohesive story. How i tend to know i am Doing my thing in camp is when i am dead on the flooring gasping for air and i resonate soo much with that moment outside with izzy post spyda its murderous and the world don't understand that a mans worst fear is gassing out in War the rest is not as scary as your body not being strong enough thats why we hammer cardio cause i can gameplan against a tough opponent but i cant mind over matter that last 30% of gas i have left before i collapse and scary thing is your body tells you when its too late so i appreciate this suffering izzy endures even more, team izzy lets go turn these days into victory brother.
