The way I see it, Izzy was out-pointing Jared the entire 5 rounds. Jared had to take risks to beat Izzy, but didn't. If Jared took risks, that would have opened him up to counter striking. This never happened. Izzy dominated without taking too many risks and clearly won. It was a chess match and a good watch.

Literally, no one else sees it like that. The Real Stylebender will finally come back in this next fight. Alex would have sparked a flame up Israel’s arse by now. The thing is, this bastard Israel is Not a boring fight but he has been of late. And his opponents performances is not to blame for his own. But I believe this is the fight we will finally fkn see the Stylebender again in the octagon & not Izzy leg kickin in the Octagon. To me, it’s 1-1 going into this next fight with Pereira. A win each & this will be their trilogy on the biggest stage. Stylebender bout to show up. Despite not seeing him lately

Exactly what people should be taking from all of this. It's insane the dumb dumbs who don't see and doubt Izzy. Izzy is greatness in reality. So much they forget the opponent either rises to challenge that level or they don't. No offense to Jared but he didnt challenge it. That's what happens when the other fighter chooses to do that.

I’m not sure how people saw this as “boring”, I saw a confused challenger who couldn’t get in range to land shots period, let alone power strikes. I’ll admit as a hardcore Izzy fan the Elsa line wasn’t his best work 😅 but fight wise he does have a point. He freezes people, Jared looked stiff and as though he didn’t have the confidence to engage because Izzy’s superior footwork always put him in the better position to strike. Masterclass.

Charles is close he’s just shown some flaws so I’m still not 1000% confident in saying that about him yet. Usman if he gets past Leon I 100% will be thinking who can beat him? I think people are sleeping on Rocky. But yeah I feel like we’re in that 2011 era again with all these dominant champs.

the elsa line is some of his best work what are you talking about. one stain on the sport is a lot of participants and fans are insecure homophobic men or just low iq idiots. izzy is the perfect troll to you idiots. hes just a level beyond the majority with thinking . dude is a genius. the time he went to far was humping costa just because thats like non consensual molestation lol not because it was like to gay or anything. i also figured thats how the fight with jared would go because he doesn't have the wrestling to take izzy down or the striking to take control in the fight. what hes got is power and he can be crafty at times but izzy is another level. what beats izzy is either a much better striker, or a striker on par who has crazy power like alex coming up or someone with insane wrestling because izzy has already proven hes legit hard to just take down and control unless you are much bigger.

@Far Hat Congratulations, you just figured out how fight promotion works. That might also be why Max - who by the way didn't win a single round yet cops no backlash from fans - said he was gonna finish Volk within the first couple rounds on that very same card. Oh and why almost everyone talks up their skills before a fight while promising a spectacular performance. You're acting as if Izzy is the first guy to do this lol. Also, the company's success doesn't hinge on whether or not Izzy smokes somebody. The ppv's and tickets were already sold. You make zero sense, but thank you for volunteering as an example of the kind of people I was addressing in my original comment.

Great recap bro! I was at the event and it was a great match. You out landed the guy by a crazy margin and these people not satisfied. Crazy. Line 'em up, knock 'em down!

AND STILL. The haters are missing a whole lot of greatness with Izzy man. This man is cerebral. I was reading a book about the "shadow" last night, and only now do i understand what Madara was talking about. These Anime writers a deep man. I wonder if they intentionally do this or it comes by chance.

I COMPLETELY understand why people think izzy fights are boring. That Being said, I'm also an anime guy, so it's entertaining as hell watching these guys struggle against his base form for 25 minutes.

When you watch the video where Jarred was literally crying and feeling disappointed about his loss then you'll appreciate what been "frozen like Elsa" is, thanks to Izzy. Jarred packs power in his punches but he couldn't pull shit cos he was fighting against high level fight IQ which he couldn't fathom... I loved watching the fight 101%
