Glad Gaetjhe proved a lot of people wrong. Fiziev was fast aggressive and excellent but Gaetjhe was actually patient as the fight went on and that 3rd round Fiziev was looking pretty beat

I've always felt like ppl misunderstand Leon's reaction to things, especially early on when everybody hated him. Especially when everybody hated him not too long ago, when he was considered a boring fighter (idk how since his fighting technique is up there with Izzy.) I doubt a press conference would get to him, or even losing the rounds only to win by ko.

Great channel. I do notice two problems that are consistent and I think are holding you back a tiny bit. 1) you don't seem to be using a de-esser, every s sound is legitimately painful for headphones users 2) you frequently have bits of a bad take left in the final render. In this video, it happens during the intro. It has a negative impact on the perception of professionalism Idk if you're editing your own videos or hiring someone but I hope you'll take this advice in the good faith I intended.

People seem to forget that Usman was rocked in every tittle defense that he's been in, maybe except the Masvidal rematch. He was champion for a long time, but never a guy who ran over his opponents. For me, this fight is going to be a lot more competitive than people expect. I'm with Leon to keep the belt.

Weasle has very organized video and trustworthy voice. But I am starting to question his predictability and some of the opinions on early stoppages or how things could've played out if there was no certain fouls. I am going to see how things play on this card.

He's excellent at general analysis, especially in post-fight analysis of "what went wrong." He has the knack and the frame for frame eyes for that. Prediction wise... the Weasel is very mediocre, at best. I've been following and contradicting the Weasel on MOST major fights --- championships and just big fights --- since the Conor-Dustin II fights, telling him Conor had very diminished chances to beat Dustin. In both Conor-Dustin II & III. I also told him Chandler, Dustin, and Gaethje had little to no chance against Charles. I, then, turned around and told him Charles had a much reduced probability against Islam, due to Charles ubber aggression... nothing else ---- not because Charles has a lot of deficiencies.... just his pure aggression against a next level wrestler who has elite Judo and top/positional control on the mat... that Charles STYLE meant he CUT VERY SHORT the stand-up minutes he has to implement his very elite, very deadly Muay Thai. (On the mat, Charles is next level, if he's not hurt before landing there, so I have NO IDEA WHY Charles wants to cut his stand-up time that much...) I was right and the Weasel was wrong... on at least 90% of the fights I mentioned here... However, I picked Izzy to win and I was wrong on that big card, I must admit. If memory's good, I think the Weasel picked Alex to win over Izzy. I could be wrong on that. But I know I was wrong, when I said Izzy's more technical MMA would make the difference..... But I will pick Izzy to win again (& probably lose again)... because he is clearly the more technical guy... Alex just has some super natural strength and Izzy's number, for some strange reason. (It's all a mental thing now, with those two: Alex has Izzy's number and so psychologically, he seems to be able to find that shot, even when he's down on the score card... all ALL THREE TIMES they've fought!)...

I don’t understand the emphasis on Leon leaving his back open while getting up. He didn’t do it against Gunnar Nelson, it’s just that Usman poses no danger. Leon’s a scary grappler and a bjj black belt, saying that Usman can learn to capitalise and submit Leon in 6 months, while recovering from a concussion is just ludicrous.

Anyway, great as Usman has been --- and that's what the up-and-comer Jack Della Meddalea, #14, said: Usman has been ---- he's going to be too slow, too rigid to do some of the quick reflexive maneuvers needed to out time the agile, pumped up, and much more skilled, much more confident 31 year-old champ. As silly comic book hero fans keep talking about and waiting for "another head kick KO that is never coming," Leon and team likely have put together a "It's what you don't expect that hurts you" lower leg kicking game or a another well time BJJ maneuver, since Leon is better in pure BJJ play than Usman.

If ufc 285 is any gage the ref's might pull them to their feet so it will be to Leon's advantage to stalemate usman on the ground. He did little damage on the ground in their last fight. I got this weird feeling leon is going to submit him early. I also know Leon's team is training for a punch this go around so it may well end in another late ko. Nonetheless it's a fight and as we all know it's a matter of who makes the least mistakes

You must not have watched Luana Carolina's previous fights. She has absolutely zero ground game. Unless she has been grinding BJJ 24/7 since her last fight, any fighter with even mediocre grappling skills will outgrapple her. If you like underdogs, your chances of winning some cash are very good with Leon and Casey O'Neil, in addition to what other underdogs whose fighting careers you've studied. Maia has been a staple, okay fighter; but almost 10 years older than O'Neil, I doubt very much she has the speed, techniques, or power to overwhelm the 25 year-old Casey. I've seen some training footage and Casey really does look very powerful in her striking. May be on the mat, Maia is better?, but standing, I think Casey likely will hurt the older 34+ year-old veteran. The PROBABILITY --- no one knows these things with certitude, so we could only extrapolate & operate on probability models --- of Leon winning in this third fight is WAY higher than the probability of him winning in their second fight. People say Usman dominated Leon, except for that head kick. Not true. Leon clearly won 1st and 5th rounds; it's just that the 5th round he also won it by a sudden-fight-ending move. It's just bizarre how silly fans say except for that head kick, Usman also won 5th. Stupid & illogical to award, even in theory, a round to a fighter just because he dominated the first few minutes. An MMA round has 5 minutes & until the bell sounds, any person could win it, no matter the earlier minutes. And THAT was exactly what happened: everything, in round 5 that Usman did and all the other previous rounds ASSIGNED to Usman on the judges cards IMMEDIATELY was rendered a moot point, once Leon brought the fight to a sudden end, with 40 seconds left in round 5. So, again, Leon CLEARLY won rounds 5 and 1...

It’s tough to see lightning strike twice for Leon it will surely be tough to win on points as Kamaru tries so many takedowns etc but I can see room for a Leon win by submission
