Great performance by Leon. I thought Usmans wrestling would edge it but Leons TD defence was unbelievably good. It reminded me of Volk defending Islam's attempts. This was a changing of the guard and now we get some fresh match ups.

In a good and just world, Colby wouldn't get a title shot. At least not before beating not one but TWO out of the following people: Khamzat, Belal, Burns, Shavkat. Dude's smart. He knows how to earn brownie points with the UFC by being a backup fighter, he knows how to keep himself in the picture by running his mouth 24/7 and beating washed up fighters on losing streaks like Masvidal and Woodley, and he definitely knows how to wait everything out while avoiding all the killers in the top 5 of his division. Khamzat vs Leon and Belal vs Colby. If Belal wins he gets a direct title shot. If Colby wins he fights the loser of Khamzat/Leon in order to earn his 3rd title shot. That's at least what should happen in a normally functioning world.
