The commentary infuriated me this event. They were so unbelievably based. Especially in the main event. The only reason Colby ended on top was because Leon was trying to submit him for fun. They talked about that it was a very bad look on Leon… Colby never even was close to a submission while Leon (the European striker) got close to 3 submissions against a guy who is supposed to be a elite wrestler. It was disgusting. 49-46 was also disgusting, because the first 2 rounds should’ve both been 10-8. Colby barely threw and what he threw missed by a mile, while Leon connected with almost everything he threw. But in the end, very happy with the result, we are finally done with the garbage human being Colby Covington. He should’ve never gotten the shot. And last but not least, respect to the American crowd for turning on Covington, didn’t expect that to happen, although it should’ve happened before the fight.

The whole fight the commentators were saying Leon is winning. I think they just wanted him to go for the finish.

Leon’s performance was pretty boring and cautious as well. They weren’t wrong, he was just point fighting
@ct033211 ай бұрын
@@sdsoda4521 wanting things is not the job of a commentator. And Leon went for the finish, that’s literally why he was grappling with a wrestler…. And ofcourse they were saying he was winning, if they weren’t they would be as delusional as Colby himself. But I didn’t hear them about Leon’s dominance. Only talked about how strange Colby’s approach was. Colby should do this, he should do that. He was just being dominated by a way better fighter, but I didn’t hear the commentary about that. Also in the first 2 rounds he attempted one desperation takedown were he touched Leon’s leg for like half a second and Rogan couldn’t stop talking about how great it was for Colby, because now he has a feel for range blablabla, while that was just a terrible attempt which failed miserably.

There's something heartbreaking about seeing one of the most dangerous men in the world almost break down crying in regards to the comments made about his father being murdered. It's the fight game but comments like that are just unacceptable. Colby lost a ton of respect not only from his performance but also from his comments.
