Tell TJ to let himself heal it takes a long time to heal from major injuries and have faith. He knows, but that is really what you have to do when you are injured like that you have to let yourself heal for a long time and you have to have faith the whole time that you’ll be Healthy feeling good again the body needs to heal and then you can start building again.

TJ was an obsessive animal as a fighter. He is critical of Anthony Smith because TJ was a fucking savage and the ultimate competitor. You can tell he hated to lose and was obsessed with winning. TJ fought Aljo with one arm and never gave up so him watching Anthony Smith settle for bad positions is polar opposite to his mentality.

I don't think you quite understand the difference between PEAK performance that you get from a 12 week fight camp as opposed to just being fit because you have been helping someone train.

Smith and Bisbing have criticised TJ for taking the Aljo fight and taking steroids previously and TJ has kept them receipts ready ever since by the sound of it. TJ is absolutely correct about Smith. Smith also is 2 steps slower than his competition and he looks like an old man fighting sparring battles. I love Smith as a person and a fighter but TJ is 100% correct.
