Another great video Pry! You're on a roll this year. I think the risk-reward ratio for head movement/countering is a bit off in this game. Its risky to sway but the counter damage reward isn't enough. Hopefully they balance that out soon.
@Regalieth91433 жыл бұрын
it’s not risky if you’re blocking while swaying lmao, I just take out the sway counters all together and just stay patient, to avoid them uppercuts I just sway back instead of ducking

Anyone watching this now these are good tips but pry is wrong in the beginning. Don’t slip outside in that situation. No matter what if you slip you slip to your lead hand side and throw a rear because you shouldn’t be moving your head if there’s a solid chance he’s throwing a hook in the first place. You slip mid range not close until they get that read, you don’t spam movement you read it because once you enter the second time if he throws a hook first you know he made the read, you can either counter that with a pull counter or ignore it and come back to the slip straight later. Slip straight is the most effective strike in the game, it isn’t the most powerful but it’ll change the whole game if you can get it down. You set up counters by landing counters. Any other way is wrong unless you’re faking to the body and pull countering where it’s very likely they’re throwing round and even then they can just knee you. Slip straight because even if you lean left and throw a right if you see a roundhouse headkick coming you actually have enough time to fake your straight AND duck the headkick and throw an uppercut if you have the stamina which you probably shouldn’t do but on occasion you can throw the uppercut. Otherwise throw to the body because if you can get this good at it you’re using mad stamina and you need to even the odds, and if you duck the kick your next strike is free. Body is the best punish, it degrades their ground and stand up game.
