Yeah some of these guys are very chill. I had same experience when I ran into Frank Shamrock a few years ago eating in front of a coffee shop in Santa Monica. I yelled "shamrock!!" I'm an old head, so if you don't know who frank Juarez shamrock is, look him up. One of the pioneers of MMA, and he was the first ever middleweight UFC champion. He submitted a US Olympic gold medalist in less than a minute back in the 90s. Look up shamrock v. Jackson

I remember seeing jorge back in the kimbo days around 2006 when they called him ponytail. I rooted against him because he was fighting kimbos protege and I was a kimbo fan. He won both fights and earned my respect. Years later I was watching a ufc fight night and jorge was fighting and they brought up how he fought in the backyards with kimbo. Looked him up and was like holy shit that's ponytail!!! Been a fan ever since. Became a superfan after he knocked out till and served the 3 peice and soda to leon

Doesn't matter if Perreira wins the heavyweight title, he still can't be considered anything close to one of the greatest. Because he's just grabbing belts, it's not like he's cleaning out any of these divisions. So anybody has a punches chance in any fight, if he wins the title that doesn't mean he can beat anybody else in that division. These guys need to start climbing the rankings instead of thinking the boss just for winning one fight in a particular division just because it had the belt attached to it
