Adam speaks with Forrest about how his sparring round at Syndicate MMA went and extending his trip to finish out the performance tests.
The sports scientist staff put him through a bike "ramp test".
Later, he gets preview of the sled test when UFC strawweight Vanessa Demopoulos grinds through it.
He hits the red light therapy bed and a cold plunge for recovery before speaking with the PI's Sports Psychologist who tells him his back story and how he got into the profession after being a MLB player for 8 years.
