Honestly, there's a lot of misunderstanding about Themba's situation. From what I've seen, some people are quick to jump to conclusions based on a few pictures and a cursory glance at his life, without really knowing the full story. But I've been close enough to know how Themba got the funding for his gym and how he was treated at his previous gym before he got an opportunity to open UMF. It's been anything but a walk in the park. That gym, his pride and joy, has always just managed to scrape by, and dealing with the EFC's small and at times late payments didn't make things any easier. But here's the thing about Themba that stands out to me: his work ethic is something else. It's not just rare; it's practically unheard of in both the business and sports arenas. He's the kind of guy who shows up every single day and puts in the work, no matter what. Sure, this drive of his has led to some friction, especially with his brother, because Themba expects the same level of commitment from everyone around him. But at the end of the day, their bond is solid. His brother is now holding down the fort at the gym while Themba's chasing new dreams in the States. As for the talk about fancy houses and successful fighting promotions, it feels a bit off to me. It sounds more like those promotions that offer fighters the bare minimum. Those promotions are, however necessary but always look in the mirror before you start hating on other peoples success. You seems to have enough of your own success to bring down someone you should be fully suporting.
