Valentina has the single best mindset of any athlete I’ve ever witnessed. The way she is so clinical and purposeful in the way she thinks about everything like you see these fighters giving the same fucking answers to these questions but Valentina has more shes so fucking smart man. I honestly believe that’s why if her or Amanda has to lose (I’m not saying either will but hypothetically) then it’s probably gonna be Amanda because there isn’t a single 125er with a better skill set or mind set and idk how you overcome such a gap in those two things against her

Valentina first piqued my curiosity 5 or 6 months when I saw and read online that her and 'Thug' Rose Namajunas were personal friends. Well, since I'm a big fan of Rose, I thought that out of curiosity I would check out one of her choices of friends. So in the past months and weeks, I've been checking up and following the MMA career and lifestyle of Valentina Shevchenko. So it wasn't long before I found out what the whoopla was all about in regards to this woman, this extraordinary, deep thinking individual is truly something! She got it all! Brains (with a capital B), beauty, warm heart, humility, and a obvious caring for other people.
