Ok, so let's say this vid came up with a non descriptive title. No one would click it becuase they don't know either of these fighters. Its gets people clicking thr video and building the certain fighter. UfC certainly don't give a fuck about spoiling it for a casual fan 😂

man. I'll tell ya... Impressed by Mitch. Raposo will make the UFC someday... Kid has clear potential. Got a LIL lazy during that takedown (possibly tired from pressure Hadley put on) but great performance for both these young men. This easily could have been on the undercard of a real ufc event. Excited to see Hadley make his debut. Hope he has worked on his defense a little, raising his arm like that will get him exposed in the big leagues. 1 liver shot will end his night.

dustin poirier actually defends the same way and makes this guard work at the highest level, you can looke at his fight against max holloway, max even comes bsck to his corner and tells his coaches:" he blocks weird" and u could tell that the guard was giving him problems setting his combinations off, as he tried to shove dustins arm out the so he could get his punches through

@MalleusIudaeorum
@MalleusIudaeorum 2 жыл бұрын
Nah if you get good with using your elbows to block it’s way better than just putting your arms up and using your hands, at least for MMA. If someone throws a haymaker and hits your elbow they’re breaking their hands and even if they don’t it hurts so bad even with 12oz gloves, never mind 4os gloves. If you just put your hands up in MMA you don’t block anything with these small gloves. Poirier is one of the best at using his elbows to block.

If there is no transcendent ultimate authority that over arches all of us, then everything is lost in principle. Strict secularism is therefore the kiss of death for the rule of law, and this is because the rule of law is dependent on transcendent authority. Not a “transcendent” place-holder civic god, but rather a God with authority. I am talking about the living God, the triune Creator-God, the God of Abraham, the God who speaks, the God who is there.

@@pascalscherr5206 If there is no God, then we are all just vague chemical assemblages, part of the debris and rubble from a big bang and our thoughts merely random neurons firing. Thus all of our moral indignation over this travesty or that outrage are on exactly the same level as what happens when you pour vinegar into baking soda. Something awful happens, and there you are, foaming away at it, and above you- only sky. If there is no God, then all is permitted. And if all is permitted, then that means that white supremacy is permitted, lynching uppity blacks is permitted, separate drinking fountains are just fine, the Tuskegee syphilis experiments were golden, and so on. There will be no judgment, there will be no reckoning, there will be no last assizes.
