Serious punch it matter what HP their on if they are on fully health it would just take them down to yellow if they are on yellow it would just take him down to orange or half red. | death counter takes all of their health Plus it is a counter and it is death / serious punch in other one punch man games, The serious punch is just to help get that character in middle hp to help you get back in the fight where it is kind of fair if you have half full hp or half middle hp or just middle hp / or just to help that opponent get on a low hp so you can finish him off. / so technically death counter wins.

Serious Punch is a true one shot if you land it. Inescapable if you downslam and they don't have ragdoll cancel. Table flip is just barely escapable, but the windup is instant and it one shots everyone in the hitbox, not just those close enough. Death punch is the safest option, but also the most obvious and easiest to counter. I suggest using it as a counter rather than just popping it and waiting for them to hit you.
