Uflex Engineering introduces Automatic Inks Change Trolley system at PlastIndia 2023

Uflex introduced the automatic ink trolley change system. It is the first-of-its-kind innovation in the world, where the ink change-over happens with the press of a button. Usually, in a gravure press, it takes almost 45 minutes to do a change-over of ink, and it is the most tedious process to change the ink one by one and at every station.
The features of the automatic ink change trolley system are as below:-
The unique concept of equipping the trolley with a doctor blade.
Detachable concept of ink tank with "click in" positioning to avoid ink return mechanism separately.
Doctor Blade oscillation through the pneumatic motor with variable speed control, moving over rollers guide for firmness.
Precision movement for positioning of the trolley at desired locations.
By virtue of automation, the trolley becomes an integral part of the main frame in working, helping in accurate output.
