I commercial fished out of Ketchikan for a couple months once - the ocean is extremely deep up close to shore in that area, glaciers cut deep channels during the ice age there. I have seen many places that were a thousand feet deep just a few hundred feet off shore. Whales are common because of the deep water. Maybe the deep water is why subs experiment underwater there. Maybe the UFOs are attracted to the nuclear subs, they seem to congregate where ever nuclear tech is used.

Having lived in Sitka most of my life and also being Native to the area, it sucks seeing how it's sensationalized as with this video. I didn't hear locals talking about seeing UFOs, and it's a place where it would have been all the rage. I attribute a lot of what's covered here on this channel to the latest craze UFOs have been given. But I know it's. entertainment and it's something for people to talk about. I'm sure there is life other than our own. This video does nothing but glorify and try to attract as much traffic for monetizing. Provide more quality content than this.

I can say that in 2001, the only military presence in Ketchikan was the Coast Guard and a Joint Military road building program on a nearby island. I ran a high speed military transport boat between the islands for 2 months. We were warned to watch for float planes, logs and whales. We were never told to watch out for subs.I have no info about after 2001.

Hovered above us for about 5min in some kind of a zig zag motion, no noise what so ever, and very hard to get a good focus on even though it was a superbly clear night sky, flew no more that 900 meters above us, followed the coast line right in between the Biokovo mountains and sea level for about 12km, stopped, beamed twice with very strong white circular light/lightening and went back to space at extremely high velocity, object was way ahead of its light tail left behind as it disappeared in the sky, which leads me to believe it was traveling faster than speed of light. Still have the chills just thinking about it.

There are installations closer to Russia than Ketchikan. Dutch Harbor, Shimea Air Station, etc. I worked on Amchitka Island in the early 80’s for 3 years, building one of Ronald Reagan’s “Star Wars” projects called a “Relocatable Over the Horizon Backscatter Radar Station,” for the Navy. All I’m getting at is, there are better places to keep an eye on Russia than…Ketchikan! Besides, Naval bases are on land, not underwater. One more footnote: Amchitka Island is as far East and as far West as you can go, in America, all at the same time! If the International Dateline was a straight line, Amchitka would be on the Asian side…but, the International Dateline makes a “jog,” because it’s part of the U.S.. Hope that makes sense. Another fact: 3 atomic bombs were detonated underground on Amchitka because the tests/explosions were bothering the buildings in Las Vegas! I'm becoming convinced that we have been sharing this planet with another civilization of beings far more advanced and older than our own. They had to find a way to go subterranean or go extinct from a cataclysmic disaster. Instead of coming back to the surface they were forced to stay below because they adapted to that environment and the surface is not the same atmosphere they lived in. The US Navy appears to be on the leading edge of a ‘few’ things. I first got a whiff of this from a rental car ‘contract’ from the previous customer left in the car I rented.
