I saw them two weeks ago in Inverness and Glasgow and it was absolutely amazing mind blown they never sounded better and I received a lovely messege from Paul the day after and now he's gone I still can't get over it. Everyone play ufo loud and proud and risse Abeer to him. Will they carry on the rest of the dates and festivals or endot there? Whatever happens guys "hold on tight ti the end "

The fact that someone can hold a cell phone so steady in the front or second row of a standing gig says something about the enthusiasm, or otherwise, of the audience!

Firstly its not a phone its a hi end compact camera. Secondly I was on the front row . Thirdly the crowd were on fire as the possibly maybe definitely maybe the last ever London UFO concert after 50 years and lastly I have been doing photos of UFO since 1978 and video since 2006 so I am quite good at it by now. :) PS you missed a wonderful emotional night and the best I have seen UFO perform in over 100 performances.

If Schenker and Way were there, it would have been the Hammy Odeon, not some backstreet club like this. Shame.

No - even Michael with all his gang dont play Hammy Odeon any more both he and UFO usually play Shepherds Bush, this was an extra and final London night by very popular demand and as it turned out it was Paul Raymond's last ever performance witnessed by a capacity crowd.
