Thank you for giving this tip. I tried the suggestion from that vietnamese video on youtube but that didn't work. (laying it on top of the camera connector cable) Tried your suggestion with putting it directly below the chip (or where the chip is) and boom. It works again.

What are you using on the motherboard below the wifi/bluetooth chip after you remove it with the heat gun? Also once you apply that you soldered the chip in places, what does that do for it? Just trying to learn is all.

Because the LG G3 heats up alot, the contacts that make sure the phone knows wifi is in the air, break. With a heat gun,you can mend these broken contacts, so that your phone will work again!
