Amazing innovation and very deep thinking. I'm working on a way to really increase the efficiency of the carbonization phase and if it works out will share it with you. A thought, you might be doing this already, of using waste cooking oil or other animal fats as a binder? I haven't yet, I use them myself for firestarters using oil and waste paper, but I'm thinking it could be a way of making a natural self lighting briquette.
