Here in Sénégal, Salaa is called : lakhass. I don't eat it, but this is part of our culture

Our country's' food has a lot of similarities brother. We eat a lot of offal (innards) here in Southeast Asia - we mix them in stew, soups, grill them, fry them, etc. Ugandan food looks delicious!

So what did the last dish taste like? Probably can skip the roast portion and boil the parts to soften it up. Then grill it like Filipino Sisig. Mix all those crumbled grilled bits with onion, peppers and potato. Counter the salt with a citrus like lime.

In Rwanda we call that Zingaro , but they make very smaller than those in Uganda, I like this alot

This is a great business I would like to start in Nairobi Kenya 🇰🇪 but Kenyans are very inpatient they can't wait for 5 hours for mutura to get ready....kafa mutura...45 minutes and you good to go...I love my people 😀

Mutura is actually Gikuyu language for a delicacy of intestines stuffed with meat, blood and cooked fat (which has yielded most of its oil) and then boiled or roasted or boiled then finished on the grill.

You cant bloke people from speaking their mother tongue. English is mainly taught in schools. People who have not gone to school or have stopped at lower primary levels might find it difficult to express themselves in English. We also have some low quality schools like UPE and some private schools which do not encourage good English speaking among learners.

Nicholas the ingredients you suggested are very good but this business is not creative and as such when other businesses start spicing and creating variety, they will lose out. Look at the Rolex, there's now a lot of variety. This is good for us customers. It's rolled into a sausage of offals not socket. That's offal sausage without ground meat as the norm.

They could also shorten the roast cooking time by frying with minimal oil or boiling for a short time. At least you see the improvement and changes they can do. Nice video I learnt a lot.
