Its simple: 1) jisne ug(75%) ya pg(55%) with phd h vo eligible h direct AP ke liye. 2) Jisne pg ki h with NET/SET h aur phd nhi ki vo b AP ke eligible h 3) JO ME/MTech wale postgraduate h vo without NET b eligible h AP ke liye But the main point is ab phd ke liye NET toh dena hi pdega by default h😄
