Bhai Sahab weightage Ph.D ka to 30 hona hi chahiye kyoki esko karne me 5 saal lagte hai or Net ka 5 hi hona chahiye kyoki esko karne me keval 6 month lagte hai. Or rahi baat ye degree batne ka jo farjiwada chal raha hai uske liye government ko en universities par ban lagana hi chahiye. Black list kar dena chahiye.

PhD means Research. If no research, then very less knowledge in subjects. So, faculty can't teach students at higher level to equip the students for research or for industry. NET is ok at primary level. But, UGC must ensure quality PhD from the universities.

very true, it is totally depend on student hard work and struggle. phd is not a easy task it takes lot of time and research

Jab jrf student ka govt university me admission nhi hota to fir vo privet university me hi jayenge na....

Sir mera ug me 54 percentage hai aur pg me 64 percentage hai to kya mai MP assistant professor ka form bher sakta hu
