Thank you for posting this video. I keep playing it over and over again. So far it has helped me through very rough times. I don't understand a word they are singing, yet it creates an athmosphere of prayer and reflection, and to me that is the most important thing. I also love the video of the Canon of St. Andrew of Crete. One day i hope to find the tekst of this canon somewhere. Maybe someone who reads this can provide me with a link. Please keep putting videos like these on KZbin. God Bless

Why Yerusalymska? The chants at the Lord's tomb are sung according to the melodies used by Eastern European Jews at their mourning services. In Lviv, we are told that Jews would stand at St. Yuriy Cathedral and cry listening to what they recognized as their melodies.
