Please where can I get the driver for this tablet, the drivers on the site is recognizing my tablet

My parents got me this exact same tablet for Christmas, I’ve felt so guilty cause they put lots of thought into it but I haven’t been able to figure out how to use it. I also have no drawing programs on my computer cause I can’t afford to pay for a subscription on one, do you have any free drawing program recommendations?
