The funny thing about this he was originally called in to guest star for a small role for one episode, but they loved his audition so much they instead gave him a new full time role. The thing is, he is really good on the show and they made the right choice adding him to the cast late in the series.

And I totally enjoyed his portrayal of "Deke Shaw" - Deke was like treated like an underdog & a joke, when in fact he was a clever, adaptable, enduring genius. A survivor. People would do wise not to underestimate him. Shame he didn't get together without Daisy; I was rooting for them both. Deke & Daisy forever!
