This recap is misleading. Her husband only married her because she had ownership of an important infrastructure. When Geum Ran caught them cheating she threatened to expose them so on the bridge she drove off bc her husband was driving towards her and she swerved off. The grandmother-in-law had dementia and Geum Ran was the one that took care of her and her father in law also treated her well. The main goal was to expose Kang Joo for his attempt at murdering Geum Ran. And his mistress was the one that watched it all happen but didn't do anything about it. How it ends is Kang Joo finally gets caught when attempting to flee the country. The surgeon (Tae-hee) and Geum Ran(Sara) gets married at the end and lives happily.

It's the first Korean drama that I finished and one of the only korean drama that I could finish (the other ones are "My father is strange" and "Semantic error" and "Chief Kim"). Other than that, it's hard for me to finish a single episode of a korean drama lol

It feels almost dystopian.
