It seems more likely Western games are pushing stereotypical appearances and advertising depression as well as other unhealthy lifestyles. It seems eastern games is the only form of escapism, at least they do not promote stereotypical character designs in the least fun way possible. One word I could describe all of what western media pushing is "Depression".
