UGLY yard made PRISTINE! Lawn edging, mowing, pressure washing

G'day friends,
After a few complaints from neighbours, I was referred this job by a case manager to restore this yard to pristine!
This one had it all... Rubbish removal, concrete reveals (satisfying edging and grass peeling), mowing and pressure washing with my new rotary nozzle :) The results speak for themselves and you will love this video!

Thanks Kathi, I appreciate your support! If you saw that recent 3 part series I did, I can honestly say I hope I don't encounter another one like that, though I don't know if I'd say no to it! The way I see it is that if I don't do it, no one else will, and I have the means and willingness to do it so why not? You may have noticed some of the doors and a roll of carpet I pulled out of the pile in this one? It was presumably dumped there by the contractors who were paid to do the bare minimum in these places, because that's all the funding allows. I elaborated on some really poor plumbing work in another video. That's the best support these people are allocated. Using social media to fund these jobs has many benefits that aren't always obvious. A big one is that it supports the Aussie economy in some small way. It keeps money in the hands of struggling people, who can then use it to support their local businesses. Also, the video revenue I earn comes from Google (USA), so it brings money into the country. All of these reasons keep me saying yes to these jobs :)

It takes a special person to help like you do. I agree that people do need help and usually family and friends are no where around. I've cleaned up many hoard houses and the things I've seen or smelled I will never forget. But that's all these people have so I don't judge. Thanks for doing the clutter cleanup. A great yard includes having clutter resolved, whenever possible. Similar to not rebuilding on an unsound foundation. You took a lot out and it now makes a "clean" area to work with. It is kind of fascinating watching how the design shape in the driveway area shifts, as you sort what is overgrowth and what is paving. You made a pretty spectacular change overall. Neat, sharp and the power washing adding brightness.

Such an incredible difference you make to people's yards and lives. You are truly a gem. Exceptional job. I like that you're doing powerwashing too. I am guessing, because you have such a self-deprecating sense of humor, your entire household enjoys great senses of humor! A favorite time of life in my estimation is when kids are 4-5 years old and begin making up their own jokes. Awesome job, Sean, and praying your hand heals quickly! I like that you now have pressure washing equipment. In the States there’s a soapy liquid solution that one can spray on afterwards and it will further whiten the surface which also makes any striping effects disappear. It’s a leave on application, no washing off and it isn’t harmful to the grass, humans or animals. Several others on KZbin (SB Pressure Washing and Flawless Cleaning) use it but I don’t know what it is called. Sorry!
