believe me from what i syphon from all statements of bush fighters, it was an intended plan to exclude all Baganda fighters with the exception of a very few. first indicator; the general rank a muganda could achieve in the bush was sergent. new comers soon became captains at the expense of long serving fighters. even today new comers are monopolizing the army.
