UH OH: Bills Fan Reacts to Chiefs Somehow Extending Win Streak Against Hapless Niners in Week 7

They find a way to win. They always do.
Despite a flare-up of greatness last week, this week the Chiefs have returned to their pattern from the rest of the season -- the offense bounces around looking somewhat discombobulated, but scores decently enough while their astonishingly stellar defense rips the other team to shreds. It's frustrating to watch if you're not a Chiefs fan, but it's also somewhat fascinating.
It's hard to extend the Niners a ton of grace for their depleted wide receiver corps when we saw Skyy Moore on the field for the Chiefs at one point. But losing both Deebo and Aiyuk mid-game and coming in already down Jauan Jennings meant Brock Purdy's best option at the position was only two months out from a sucking chest wound and had never played an NFL snap before. Kittle tried his best to fill the gap but it just wasn't enough.

One, DHop seems to have bad luck with winning games on whatever team he plays through no fault of his own. Two, no team has ever 3 peated and I feel like the gods will intervene to stop the Chiefs. Are these fears logical? No, certainly not, but I can’t shake them. Then again the Chiefs have broken so many curses like the madden cover curse that they might just be a team of destiny

It kills me how people look at teams that play the Chiefs and say, "Well, they are missing this, this, and this." and bemoan how many integral parts the team is missing. Meanwhile Chiefs are missing their WR1 Hollywood Brown, WR2 Rashee Ricce, and RB1 Isaiah Pacheco. We are also now out CB2.

Andy, Mahomes, his play calling genius, Coach Spags got the D the Best in the League, can't do anything but find a way to outplay the Chiefs! Maggie, you forget that we don’t have our first or second wide receivers available either. Juju went out in the first quarter and other than Watson, we only have a rookie, who is not really being utilized too much. Hardman is usually used as a gadget guy. So the 49ers not having their top two guys really evens things out a bit.

Juju didn’t play at all, I don’t think. So the main difference is that the Chiefs were able to prep ahead of time and have…well, as well stocked a roster as they COULD. Whereas the Niners lost their two top guys mid-game. They knew Deebo was going to be used minimally, probably. I think it’s just a slight difference between going in knowing you’re going to be short handed and suddenly becoming short handed. Niners should be looking for a WR trade now. Sadly I doubt the Rams will be generous enough to give them Cooper Kupp.

@@FairWeatherFanBZ Oh, he played in the game, but aggravated a hammy and came out in the 1st, meaning we lost our active-but-at-risk #1 well before Aiyuk went down. Granted, we knew about it before the game, and planned for the possibility, but that brings us to Deebo. Unlike Juju he wasn't the active WR1, but like Juju the Niners had to regard his game prospect as iffy. If they didn't, it's on them, because we faced a similar situation, and arguably a more important WR to KC than Deebo being planned around. I like your work, and can see how you came to the conclusion you did, so I hope I've helped you to see things from a different perspective. As for the Niners, what should we ask for Skyy Moore? Charvarious Ward too much? ;-)

The luck of the schedule will favor Chiefs to win most of their games the rest of the season. I think their toughest remaining game is probably the Bills on 17 November. I think every team usually wins a game or two every year that they should have lost and lose a couple they should have won. That's just how the NFL works.

QB's ratings heavily depend on the team. There's only so much he can do, but if receivers aren't getting open or the line isn't protecting the quarterback, it's gonna affect the QBR. The fact that the Chiefs are running more than passing just goes to show you the receivers aren't getting open or catching well. The TE's are doing a better Job than the receivers. Mahomes should just throw to them to improve his QBR. 😂

Mahomes is really pretty even keel and generally upbeat. To me, I feel he is frustrated. Last year a bunch of receivers could not catch the ball. He had to pull back throwing and do alot of passing. It seemed like massive butter fingers hit the receivers. This year he got some great talent to throw to plus the promising rookie, Worthy, who will learn and become a great player latter on with playing with guys like Rice, Hollywood, etc. Until... Now the best receivers are out injured. 2 for the season - Rice and Hollywood. Pachaco is out with a broken leg. Won't be back for a few more weeks. They got JuJu back and bam! hamstring issue after 49ers game. This is leaving his go to guy, Kelce, double and triple teamed and the focus of the other team's defense. So he gets shut down as there really are not many players to worry about with the injuries. Chiefs just traded for DeAndre Hopkins who is right there with the Chiefs practicing now. He will be a huge help and free up Kelce again. Having experienced hands of a good player will take pressure off Mahomes so he can focus on playing.

There can be only one. Now with deandre Hopkins we're going to be even better. Deandre isn't the same player, he was 5 years ago. However Deandre put up at least 1000 yards and 7 TD last season. That's without Patrick Mahomes. Even though we don't need a star WR. Since SB 54 chiefs been winning games including SB without one. Our receivers, have been getting injured, left and right this season.

My review of week 7 Broncos/Saints - Sean Payton returns to New Orleans and beats up on what remains of that franchise. The Saints lost to the Broncos.......THE....... BRONCOS. Dennis Allen needs to go. Jaguars/Patriots - It was so nice of London to host the 1st Tank Bowl of the season. Patriots hat a lead, but then realized that you have to lose to Win Tank Bowl (Urinatingtree explains it better) resulting in Jacksonville getting a huge win, but New England gets one step closer to a #1 overall draft pick. Packers/Texans Huge win for Packers, but this is the 2nd week that they almost blew their lead. They need to fix a few things while the Texans need a offense line. Chiefs/49ers - What is going on with the Niners? The Injuries are seriously piling up in San Fran Lions/Vikings - Lions ended the undefeated run for the Vikings, their first test without Aiden Hutchinson. Though Dan Campbell needs to dial down the 4th down risk taking just a bit. Steelers/Jets - Divante Adams played the Steelers twice in one month and lost both times. Let that sink in, Bucs/Ravens - The Bucs lost the game, and Mike Evans, and Chris Godwin. The NFC south is up for grabs. Chargers/Cardinals - The chargers got Jim Harbagh but still can't win F@#$ You Spanos!
