why the hell didnt ford just include a socket to plug in trailer light like every other SUV since 2001? im putting a hitch and harness on my 2019 edge and its a huge pain in the arse

I used this to replace my taillight. Super simple, but it's $400 to replace the WHOLE shebang - that's INSANE!!!
