I like it. Smart things integration would let me use it to turn on my hvac fan to run the air through my system filters.

@@TaylorTech I was in business for a long time and learned that people will pay to eliminate a problem, but rarely to be informed of a problem. In this example I'd want the system to resolve the problem and send me a message so I don't worry about why something unexpected is happening. "The HVAC fan is now activated in order to filter the particulates in the air down to 200. You will get another message if that can't be achieved in 20 minutes. If you are not cooking or cleaning then verify that the doors and windows are closed."

@@TaylorTech Along that line, how about a message if the temperature suddenly changes outside the target zone. How about this as a message "The inside temperature is suddenly dropping for the last five minutes. Is there a door or window open?" I have door monitors on my two back doors to text me if they remain open for 10 minutes, and keep texting me. As a hobby machinist I was able to build finely adjustable brackets where the switch doesn't close until the latch bolt actually drops into the strike plate.
