I remember the first time I ever heard this song. I was at a friends house and we’d gotten super baked and this song came on at several points (along with $$$) and I got really emotional. The lyrics and the darkness of it and the downtrodden-ness of it just resonated with me and I cried listening to this song while I was super high. I felt like I could relate to the emotion I guess.
