UIM Ratphetamine Bowfa Inferno Zuk

S/O the homie who did the set timers for me.
I hope this can help some people see what to expect using the bow. I missed a lot of ticks so it could be way higher dps than this. Even with me missing a ton of ticks the damage output of the bow just felt amazing. If you can I would highly suggest picking up a blowpipe for healers & sets. I also made a pretty big mistake by missing the first healer which caused zuk to heal way higher than he should've.

as a fellow uim I wonder if the armour is worth keeping, since you cannot store it efficiently. I have yet to see a vid comparing the dps with the bow and armour vs the bow and something like blessed d'hide or arma. I wonder what are your thoughts :) otherwise a nice vid :)

I'd say it's worth keeping since it weighs nothing, if you get a tbow then I think you should drop bowfa+crystal armour & get a bp. The bonuses from just having the chest piece & legs is 12.5% damage + 25% accuracy increase so if you have a bowfa I'd 100% suggest having those two pieces. The hat only adds 2.5% damage and 5% accuracy so & you can replace it with a nezzy/slayer helm so I would not suggest keeping that. You also get more ranged defense bonus making it bis in inferno along with the highest prayer bonus. The armour is pretty much best in slot everywhere except in tob (elite void being better). You only lose 2 inventory spaces from holding the armour when you're doing slayer or questing. Even to tob you can just bring crystal armour since you range so little & meleeing the bosses with a standard whip is higher dps than bowfa

@@PenguinPaws thank you very much for your thoughts. I guess you are right, it is a bit unfortunate that the new range rework meta kinda forces UIMs into this situation. On the bright side, we can store BoF in STASH instead of crystal bow, so that's something :)

@@sincerelywhatever84 I'd still much rather have this meta than the last since before if we would want a bp we would have to have the bp + scales + darts & if you want to do something like inferno either you would have to get a rcb or just hold a acb/tbow + bolts/arrows so the bowfa meta is a lot a better for a uim

armour is 100% worth keeping until you get t bow, then drop it and store bowfa, it's way more dps than d hide

Accuracy doesnt matter too much on the nibbles. Either way I was only around 80 slayer, I would've brought an occult if I had access to it

It's preference, 6-8 is usually what most people bring, I made it to twice zuk when I brought 6 brews into the inferno but then the zuk ranger just melted through most of them. This run I brought in 8. It really depends on how well you can manage your prayer throughout the waves. I don't have Rigour or Augury so my prayer usage is way lower than most peoples

@@PenguinPawsNo problem! I have 7 zuk kc on my main, so prayer management should be fine. I saw you doing this method and I thought that should also be do able on my iron with the same set-up. Ty Nick I am so lucky that Zuk chose not to attack on those ticks. I know Zuk likes to switch it up and do a few 2t hits & a few 3t hits depending on how he feels. Really lucky tbh

@@PenguinPaws yaa lol and I had a run where I got bit greedy for dps and chose to attack again with bowfa on last tile of shield and zuk chose to attack again smh haha but Gratz on cape man! Just got mine last week
