thanks for the sharing sir! #uumstudent sorry sir may i ask you a question, under section 7(2). what if the hirer found out there is a problem with the engine of his second hand car after the agreement being made. but before the agreement the seller have been given the chance to test drive that car . so sir can i know, how to treat this kind of situation? can we blame and sue the seller? or just repudiate the contract? or its actually our (hirer) problem bcsfail to check the car properly and ask the seller directly?

For second hand car, there is no implied condition as to fit for its purpose and merchantable quality. As such, buyer cannot blame seller if there is any defect after making the purchase.
