i paid for international Package, but having difficulties in proofing house address for documentation, i have provided National Address Certificate which is issued by government but not acceptable from your office, and the proof you are requesting we don't have here in Qatar.

Thank you. Whilst i can't comment on individual cases, I can confirm a government letter that shows your Full Name, Address and Dated (within 3 months) should be fine. If the document is not readable, we may request this to be translated by an official online translation company. I would advise emailing our customer service team who aim to reply within a few working hours (Mon - Fri), they can offer more accurate support based on your account information.

Yes of course, during the onboarding process we will ask for a photographic ID issued from the government, in most cases this is your passport. Secondly, we need a proof of address with your full name, full address and dated within the last 3 months. This would normally be an official bank statement, mortgage document or utility bill. Again, i would suggest that if you are a client already, reply to your customer service rep. who can advise further. @@nawas4347

Yes we do, after payment you will be presented with the most relevant bank accounts. However it is important to understand it is subject to the banks terms and conditions.
