Came across this video, so long, I have so far watched it in three parts and only 55 minutes in, but interesting. What do you transport? How do you manage to sleep in your cab during the day? I often used to start work at 6 am on a Monday and by Friday I was driving through the night, killer, used to be so tired. By the way horse and carts have been banned on roads in Romania for a while now!
@d1986scott5 жыл бұрын
mark m on this particular tour we were transporting stage equipment ie lights sound systems etc. Sleeping in the cab is not too bad for me now my new scania has a park cooler although it has proven to be a problem before the only option sometimes is to have the engine running. When you’re in mainland Europe and it’s reaching 40 degrees plus sometimes there is no other way
@markm-ci6rj5 жыл бұрын
@@d1986scott OK I did read horse and carts were banned in Romania, proved me wrong! I used to have problems with some idiot revving the engine to get his air up, reversing bleepers, people shouting, dogs barking, nightmare. Still miss being on the road! Thanks for your reply!

I'm not a truck driver but do you guys or the operations room detail the route...ie height of underpasses etc etc or is it just law that your truck can only be X height for that exact reason? Sorry, dumb question but I'm loving your channel and I'd love to kick my boring communications engineer job away and do something like this...especially UK/Europe...although with that said what is the effect on KB Events when you eventually Brexit? PS I like the vids where you changed views from cab window to the rear of the cab too...seeing the instruments, you and the road ahead was a good view. Thanks man, keep up the good work. Stop apologizing for the length of videos the more, the merrier, people prefer watching hours of stuff, the problem ye lads have and i follow a few of ye is continuity, like for us, the viewer, it's better if you have stuff labelled and categorized into playlist, right this lad is doing A-B, its 8 videos and their 90 mins long each, cool, so now we go on this epic journey with you, so label things that way i.e.; euro tour dub-lon-par-rome-madrid P1 P2 P3 P4 P5 etc, do you get me, otherwise we are jumping around the videos list and we miss things and your like jayzus i missed him in Italy, where's that episode, how did he get to Germany all of a sudden etc. and two other things....... details mate, establishing details, all the time i.e. time you up and leaving, leaving where exactly, what road, what stop etc, and every time you cut to edit and or jump repeat or update details, so we can follow you, and you must be disciplined and consistent with that type of info, that's have the fun with this, trying to locate where you are and finally don't be afraid of tellin stories and the chit-chat and the rambling that makes it more human, people love to hear that stuff its like we are there with you, its half the reason people watch.....and if you keep to that, now instead of a vlog, you have an 8 hour documentary, that's exciting and interesting to follow. do you get me? keep it up, if you build it they will come or in this case subscribe lol.
