UK | Faulty Voice! | OTIS 2000 (Mod. Express Lifts Alliance/DMG) | Odeon Cinema, New Charlton

The voice clearly doesn't work, but the rest of the mod isn't that bad actually. The DMG buttons and blue indicators look okay. Who on earth came up with "Express Lifts Alliance".....clearly using the notoriety of a now defunct brand to get business!

Well then… Express Lift Alliance has quite a bit to go in order to live up to their original namesakes lol! I wonder how many people remember Evil Owl and his *Evans* Lift Alliance… a parody created by we-know-who…

Express was the king of Lifts in Britain and New Zealand.

@@LGCT in NZ Schindler is the king of lifts now since Schindler took over Express in 1997 & Express Lift Alliance doesn't feel the same as GEC & SMS Express

WHY did it have to be DMG. An ILE is better with Dewhurst. Not too bad Mod, though it could be better.

It doesn't bother me so much, since DMG is so incredibly rare in NZ, that for me getting to experience a few DMG lifts on this trip was pretty cool. I like both Dewhusrt and DMG, and even the Dewhurst you normally find in the UK is a different kind to the ones we use over here. I was just happy to film some different styles of lift for a change, especially as I have always been particularly fond of a lot of the UK & European styles.
