question for workign out. So if i have a timetable of what i do (3 times a week) is it ok if i do the same thing every week, or do i need to switch it around to continue growing? To all muscle guys please answer thanks.

Only change it if your body stops responding/growing. Your options are: - increase the weight (intensity) - increase the number of sets (volume) - increase the number of workouts per week (frequency)

I remember having this Gladiators book once where there was only 10 of them for the group photos instead of 12, and so it makes me wonder!!!!!!!!!!!!
