UK Granny Annexe Build - Part 10: Plaster boarding - Week 12

It's week 12 of the granny annexe build. We look at this weeks progress with the build as walls get boarded out and the water and waste pipes are finally completed.

Looking great. Patio or a mini private garden may be nice with that space. I'm having an architect round today to measure up our garage so we can turn it into an annex. (hopefully) if it goes to plan we will document the process

Thanks for the update. As this is originally meat to be the last episode, could you disclose the final costs, numbers etc please? I can't wait for another 5-6 episodes haha
