When foreigners provide u needed services for 5 yrs they deserve to be allowed full residence after that, as is the current practice !!!. Note that when a person stays out of his or her country for 5 yrs, it means they are out of that work force. So to get back into the system is sometimes hard. So If there's something like a compensation to be given to leave at the end of the five years and give up the residence, that compensation may help them as a resettlement grant to start from scratch in their home country. Some people may gladly do that !!! So rather than being xenophobic to foreign workers who help your system in the western world in areas where they need service workers, think of the impact of relocating to work and live here for 5 yrs and then move back home with meagre funds afyer paying the cost of living in the developed world!!! If the situation is made very clear to some people from start, including full information about the amount of bills they have to pay from the salaries offered them, some persons would not come !!!

Not all Africans are eager to leave the continent. Many Africans tend to leave the continent in search of a better education system available in other continents. Apparently, Africa is seriously lagging behind in that facet. Well, that doesn't mean all African countries are doing exceptionally bad. Some universities in South Africa, Egypt and even Nigeria are doing fairly good. Another reason Africans tend to leave the continent is because of the economy. Although, Africa boasts of some countries which are some of the world's fastest growing economies- Ghana and Eithopia especially. Development is yet poor. So, Africans leave, searching for greener pastures. An average African believes countries in other continent are more organized, beautiful and developed. So, they leave for honeymoons, vacations, and even for tourism. Forgetting the fact that there are some cities here that are better than most of the cities of some countries in other continents in terms of facilities, beauty, and wealth. Cities like- Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Pretoria in South Africa, Cairo and Luxembourg in Egypt, Abuja and Lagos in Nigeria, Nairobi in Kenya, Addis in Eithopia, Tunis, in Tunisia, Victoria in Seychelles, and even Accra in Ghana. Cities in Morrocco and Mauritius aren't left out.

Indefinite means indefinite, in other words a permanent resident. They can't be turned any where unless it's a serious criminal case involved. However, you should consult an immigration lawyer for a proper assessment of the situation.
