It is was made by WALTHER, came out same time as the H&K416 - two cool features:- The forend that has the picatiny rail actually sits beneath the standard UZI grip, which is removable. so you can keep it in a "traditional look" if you want - The rear butt stock is removable (Still full legal length), which makes the thing a bit lighter, plus using the sling swivel (missing in the video, fits in the round hole) lets you hold with a sling in the push out hold. sights are VERY thick so not that great, there was a cantilever mount for a red dot from Walther , but I never bought one, so I made one. I have used it in a UK competition (purely for fun) and it did ok. - biggest issue is failure to extract, so good cleaning is essential, and I never use CCI in it because of the wax coating, it cycles well with Blazer ammo

Hi fella... listen, each to their own, (I shoot, but I'm not into the dress-up guns).... but... my personal views aside... have you looked into being legally able to shoot that daft thing like a pistol with the stock folded! Once folded, I bet if falls well below the legal length limit and given the way licensing is at the moment, you may get a knock on your door for breach of sec.1 firearms laws; (using a prohibited firearm). I am NOT hating on you here, (as I say, each to their own), I'm just saying you may want to look at the law and see where you stand with it. You may even want to edit your video to prevent somebody else falling foul. Feel free to delete this comment once read... I'm just trying to alert you to a potential issue. If you've already looked into it and your FLO is fine with using a short firearm, (or you have some sort of variation to allow for it), then fine, (more power to your elbow)... but maybe let the viewers know the position too. Regards, A rifle shooting Fud 🙂
@UKGuns23 күн бұрын
@MKChase-uj9vx it would be illegal to sell a firearm that does not meet minimum length requirements when folded. The lengtg limit must take into account any folding or removal parts. Thats why it has the faux suppressor (its actually just a shroud for a longer barrel), so that it meets minimum length requirements. Any firearms in the UK must meet these in any configuration or else it would be illegal. So no, in its folded state it does not become section 5 as that would make it illegal even in its unfolded state.
@MKChase-uj9vx23 күн бұрын
@@UKGuns I'm with you.... so they've made it so that it is just over 24" with the stock folded. Lol... so long as you've covered your bases. I guess that's why you didn't unscrew the shroud when the stock was folded then... I get it. Like I say, this stuff isn't my bag, but that doesn't mean I would want to see somebody accidentally fall foul of something and find themselves in hot water. Cheers for taking the time to explain it to me.
@UKGuns23 күн бұрын
@MKChase-uj9vx yeh exactly, no worries. Even with the shroud remived the barrel is pinned in place so it would still be over 24". The law basically states that the gun has to be 24" with a 12" barrell regardless of the configuration. Otherwise it would be illegal. So even a stock that can be removed with screws can not be counted as part of the overall length. It must be permanently pinned or welded. Innthe case of this rifle they permanently pin the barrell so that it along with the reciever exceed 24" thus the stock is not included in the overall length and so not only can it fold but can be removed entirely.

@jaygeetee3364 its not hard to find people in the big cities. And a few lunatics with guns can get themselves a positive K/D. Still its not a "gun issue" its a mental health issue guns have always been legal in the states. But with social media crimes are reported on more and more making it seem like its an increase in gun crimes (and knife crime in the UK) add to that modern culture with this degeneracy thats being normalised via media such as rap videos and what not and all of that adds up and makes it seem worse than it is.

Haha that saiga clone has a full capacity magazine. Limited to three. GAAAAAAAAAY
@UKGuns16 күн бұрын
@Nazonzazonboni no it doesn't. Section 1 shotguns have no magazine capacity restriction. Nice try though.
