Thanks a lot for these information. I am with my husband in UK. I am about to finish my Masters. My visa is expiring in September 30th. Can I apply for PSW one month prior? In August?

No you cant you need to finish your masters and get the transcript atleast from the uni

I am about to finish my Masters degree next month. If I am applying for my Phd do I have to show funds? because my husband is also staying with me in UK. Can I apply without show money?

No you dont need to show funds ( for the living cost)
