Considering the present conditions of pandemic, approximately how much time will it take to complete all the mentioned procedures?

Depending on how quick the paperwork move. OET dates are still available but limited with all Covid protocols. NMC is continuing with registration with minimal number of staff, however, it's not a huge pile waiting responses. It mainly depends on how well you can arrange your paper work move quickly, ie., References (school, work & nursing council), Police Clearance, etc. CBT is also giving dates and conducting tests. So based on current situation.
