The road sign - "No solo motorcycles", what vehicles can drive through?

It seems that it depends on the road or lane. The "Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016" states that a "Buss lane" is a traffic lane reserved for buses and where indicated on a sign, authorised vehicles, pedal cycles, solo motor cycles or taxis (tsrgd.co.uk/pdf/tsrgd/tsrgd2016.pdf). However, the "No solo motorcycles" could be used as well where a pedestrian or cycle route is easily accessible from the road by a motorbike, moped or scooter as explained on this site: startsafety.uk/road-signs/permanent-road-signs/regulatory-road-signs-permanent/solo-motorcycles-prohibited-post-mount-sign-dia-619.2
