Musk is hugely influential on a GLOBAL level. Spreading disinformation is generally allowed in the US; it's more restrictive in other countries. Free speech is different than influencing politics in other countries. If Musk wants to test the national limits of that, he's free to do that. , However, he runs a risk if repercussions on an international level. Regardless, I think it's weird as **** that the owner of a global public square platform as large as X throws themselves into other countries' politics to the point of pushing out disinformation.

It's not the 86% living in a bubble. Most of us accept multiculturalism. There is increasing anger at police refusing to investigate crime perpetrated by Muslims - there’s a long history of extremists Muslims preaching violence and then there’s the Muslim grooming gangs. When Elon says he is worried about population decline, he is talking about the native populations of Asia and the West. Right or wrong, it's an impossible conversation to have without bringing race into it. It's the thing we talk around in all these immigration conversations. If we do bring it up, the left will try to accuse the right of being racist, and the right will try and prove they aren't. We are all playing some weird game of racist tag, where if the right's concern with immigration has anything to do with changing racial demographics, then their concerns are immediately invalidated. We have constructed a narrative where white people in the west have to pretend as though they care nothing about their race in comparison to others. On the left, white people have to virtue signal that they are actively working to undermine their own interests and promote the interests of minorities. On the right, white people have to prove that the changing demographics aren't agitating them. That in fact, they don't care about becoming a majority-minority, and they just want a controlled border and that is the end of it. I'm don't know if I think it is right for a group of people to legally maintain a racial majority in the countries they have founded, or are native to, but I'd much rather stop the bs and have that conversation.

I live in UK btw. In Rotherham, where the first riot took place. Here, 1400 men, mainly of foreign descent, systematically abused young under 16 girls over a period of neary 20 years in my town. It made major news. There have been similar incidents with some of these hotels. No arrests or charges. That's why people are rioting. 2 tier policing. We are also incredibly poor. You imagine us as wealthy, we are not. The average income for the area is around 25k annually - absolutely nothing. We have millions living in poverty. "Not being heard" has been true since the 80's really. UK voted to lower immigration with Brexit and every election since 2008 and it hasn't been. 2008 it was around 300,000 a year - now it's closer to a million per year (population is around 80 million, so that's more than 1% per year in a country with housing shortages). We now have more food banks than McDonalds (yes, really) and the majority of people using them are in work. The female presenter is incredibly ignorant and comes across as super bratty. I miss the old hosts.
