In Malaysia, if you throw logs at police and their cars, you will be immediately charged, pay bails damages and jail time for attacking police. Police too soft. Teens law is needed. It's mostly the teens who commit crime knowing they don't have laws against them and that they take advantage of their underage government policy have setted. What's the point having laws in society for public order when the teens who are committing the crimes and get away for 3 long years of repeating daily crimes in residential areas disturbing adults residents and committing adult crimes and lazy police never take any proper actions at all such as sending them home and inform their parents to discipline them, hold their parents accountable to pay fines, take reports of resident's complaint, each time they cause criminal crimes against women and residents, causing many problems in residential areas (public disorder) , taking record their pictures and ensuring they do not commit those crimes again (accessive noises disturbances to residents). I am sad the government turn a blind eye and refuse to acknowledge to address teens crime in residential areas and install basketball in residential areas creating crimes in residential areas and public disorders and unending discords & disruptions caused by teens male majority and female minority (out of control, anti-social, physopathic, defiance personality disorders, narcissistic personality disorder and various mental disorder). No special school to home them. These scenarios is what happened to my residential area when teen act aggressive violence when residents stand their ground prohibiting teens males from causing excessive noises (playing basketball) in their residential areas.
